takt Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the takt platform and all related services. takt is an online betting and casino platform operated in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are legally binding. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any term, please stop using this platform.

The following conditions must be met to register on the takt platform and use its services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit accounts for minors and reserve the right to verify age.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting or casino activity is prohibited under local law.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Holding multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

takt reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend an existing account at any time without giving a reason.

3.1 Registration Process

During registration you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number and email address. Identity will be verified via OTP or email confirmation. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds held.

3.2 Login Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. takt will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

takt may request identity verification at any time using a national ID card, passport or other documents. If verification is not completed, withdrawals may be delayed or account activity may be restricted.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods on takt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — applicable for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods may be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur during verification or if unusual activity is detected.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing from another person's account or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited. If takt detects such transactions, it reserves the right to suspend the account involved.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is offered on the first deposit at takt, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — to withdraw, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 Other Bonuses

Full terms of all active promotions can be found on the relevant promotion page. takt reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 General Wagering Rules

• Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus has its own wagering rate and validity period — refer to the terms of the relevant offer.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active on an account at the same time.
• A bonus may only be usable in specified game categories.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, bets placed while a market is suspended may be cancelled. takt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Casino Games

The outcomes of slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other casino games are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The game provider's own rules may also apply.

6.3 Result Disputes

If there is a dispute about the outcome of a bet, a complaint must be submitted to the takt support team. Technical logs and records will be treated as final evidence. takt's decision on resolving disputes is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takt platform:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
2. Abusing the bonus system — for example, gaining an unfair advantage through multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies.
3. Placing bets using software bots, scripts or automated tools.
4. Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
5. Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
6. Registering an account or completing verification using false information.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

takt will not be liable for the following:

• Any bet or game session affected by internet disconnection or third-party technical failure.
• Any loss caused by issues with the user's own device or network.
• Any inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the platform during maintenance.
• Any financial loss resulting from the user's login credentials being obtained by another person.

All content displayed on the takt platform — logos, graphics, software, text and design — is covered by the intellectual property rights of takt or its licensors. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior permission.

Content from third-party game providers is subject to the intellectual property rights of those providers. takt makes no claim over their content.

takt reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and registered email addresses may be informed. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

11.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. In that case, any balance in the account will be withdrawable, but active bonuses or incomplete wagering will be cancelled. As part of responsible gaming, there is also an option to voluntarily restrict your account for a set period.

11.2 Closure by takt

If a user is found to be involved in the prohibited activities listed in Section 7, breaches the Terms or evidence of fraud is found, takt may permanently close the account. In such cases the balance may be forfeited and re-registration will not be permitted.
