Suppose in a limited-overs cricket match, Team A's odds are 1.65 and Team B's odds are 2.30. If you place ৳1,000 on Team B and Team B wins, you get back ৳2,300 (৳1,300 profit); if Team A wins, you lose the full ৳1,000.
Odds of -200 on Team B mean you need to stake ৳200 to make ৳100 profit. So on a ৳500 stake, the return is ৳750 (profit ৳250).
Bet Slip — Single and Multi Bets
In takt, clicking on any selection adds it to the bet slip. One selection makes a single bet; multiple selections create a multi bet (accumulator).
Single Bet
A bet placed on one individual event. Example: ৳500 on Team A to win at decimal odds of 2.50 — if it wins, the return is ৳1,250 (৳750 profit + ৳500 stake); if it loses, ৳500 is gone.
Multi Bet
Three selections with odds of 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.70 = 3.57. A ৳100 multi bet returns ৳357 — only if all three selections win; if any one loses, you lose the full ৳100.
On a betting exchange, if you BACK Team A at decimal odds of 1.80 — on a ৳500 stake, if Team A wins you make ৳400 profit before commission; if they don't win, you lose ৳500. For a LAY bet on a ৳500 stake, your liability is ৳400 (৳500 × 0.80); if Team A does not win you receive ৳500, if they win you pay ৳400.
